How to remove your data from RealEstate CRM

If you connected Facebook or Instagram lead ads to RealEstate CRM, you can request removal of integration data (Page tokens and connection settings) at any time.

Option 1 — Disconnect in the CRM
  1. Log in to your agency account as Admin.
  2. Go to Integrations → Meta.
  3. Turn off Enable Meta lead sync and save, or remove Page ID and access token in Advanced setup.
  4. In Facebook: Settings → Business integrations → remove our app.
Option 2 — Remove app from Facebook

Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find our app, and click Remove. Facebook will notify us to delete data linked to your Facebook account.

Option 3 — Email us

Email support@example.com with subject Data deletion request and your agency name. We will process requests within 30 days.


Leads already stored in your CRM workspace remain under your agency’s control. Deleting the Facebook connection only removes tokens and Meta integration settings from our platform. See our Privacy Policy.
